Transmedia project / Book design
A study on contemporary privacy and camouflage, Idiot approaches the notion of concealment and protection through ubiquity. I have blurred the boundaries of my own identity by creating a plurality of simulated and simultaneous presences. I have given myself over and surrendered my privacy to reinstate it.
Exhibition design / Curation / Catalog
This exhibition features a collection of contemporary multiscript typefaces produced by type foundries from around the world. Projects on display illustrate how type families can maintain their characteristics across multiple scripts while addressing the growing need for multilingual type design due to globalization and new information technologies.
EGG & DART
Editorial design / Poster series
Egg & Dart is a magazine that aims to explore the world through the visual patterns found in a micro and macro scale. It looks at cultural and natural examples of repetitive forms and features articles that contextualize them. It aims to metaphorically represent how our lives are constructed by a series of repetitive systems.
Book design / Poster series / Installation
“The crisis consists precisely in the fact that the old is dying and the new cannot be born.” This project explores the concept and essence of the word crisis. The objective is to provide a deeper sense of its meaning by studying its journey from the ancient Greeks and throughout time.
The identity aims to represent the vast possibilities offered by nanotechnology and nanoscience. The transformative qualities of materials at the nano scale are used as inspiration for the designs and applications. The identity is informed by the concepts of synthesis, interaction, and self-repetition.
Branding & Strategy
The purpose of this project is to examine Honda’s current state, identify potential issues, and create a strategy to ensure the company’s continuing success. The strategy I have proposed marries Honda’s rebellious past to its reliable present, identifying the brand as “the mature bad boy.”

As the 2018 HMCT Typography Fellow, I worked alongside typographer-in-residence Lucienne Roberts on the research, development, and curation of nice. The exhibition studies the power of slogans, the definition of a “nice typeface,” the influence of texts in relationship to typography, and the threats from which the human race needs to be “saved.”
