The aim of this project is to examine Honda’s current state, identify potential issues, and create a strategy that will ensure the company’s continuing success. Surveys, interviews, and other research proved that, although currently a successful brand, Honda has left behind its rebellious heritage. It has instead become a brand associated with reliability and durability. The strategy I have proposed marries these two personalities by identifying Honda as “the mature bad boy.”
